Diese Arbeit nimmt formal Bezug auf die Skulptur „Axis“ von Richard Serra, die vor der Kunsthalle Bielefeld platziert ist. Basierend auf drei Stahlplatten, die aneinander gelehnt zur Skulptur werden, wird dieses künstlerische Mittel aufgegriffen und im Innenraum fortgeführt. Wie durch Faltungen scheint sich die Skulptur in die Wand zu bewegen und wirkt fragil auf ihren Stelen. Die Skulptur verdeckt und teilt den Ausstellungsraum und macht wiederum den Außenraum im Innenraum sichtbar. Hinter den gezeichneten Stämmen flirren reflektionsartig unterschiedliche Elemente des unmittelbaren Außenraumes umher. Rasenflächen, Wasserbewegungen, Sonnenstücke, Raumlichter usw. scheinen sich ohne Ordnung auf der Fläche zu bewegen. Die Dekonstruktion des Außenraumes wird durch das pulsierende, schnelle Abspielen nur schemenhaft erahnt.

This work has a formal reference to the sculpture "Axis" by Richard Serra, which is placed in front of the Kunsthalle Bielefeld. Based on three steel plates leaning against each other to form a sculpture, this artistic medium is taken up and continued in the interior. The sculpture seems to move into the wall, seems folded and appears fragile on its steles. The sculpture conceals and divides the exhibition space and turns the outside space into the interior. Behind the drawn tree trunks, different elements of the immediate outer space shimmer around like reflections. Lawns, water movements, pieces of sun, room lights, etc. seem to move on the surface without order. The deconstruction of the outside space is only vaguely suspected by the pulsating, fast running video.
